Diastasis Recti Recovery Program
This program is designed for women experiencing abdominal muscle separation (Diastasis Recti), weak core muscles, hanging belly, poor posture, or lower back discomfort after pregnancy.
Each class is 1 Hour 15 Minutes.
First 15 Minutes:
• Diaphragmatic Breathing
• Core Activation Exercises
• Deep Core Engagement
• Pelvic Floor Awareness
Remaining 60 Minutes:
• Diastasis Recti Safe Yoga
• Core Strengthening
• Functional Movement Training
• Stability & Balance Exercises
• Relaxation & Recovery Practices
